We are currently seeking a well-rounded, experienced Desktop Support Technician (Level 2) to provide technical support services for a client. This position will analyze and resolve routine system issues for end users anywhere in the environment, network and production applications, and hardware:

Responsibilities
  • Provide hardware and software support; including client life-cycle management and all standard management for the site.
  • Responds to service requests and provides end-user support, including the troubleshooting and administration of hardware and software, mobile devices, peripherals, and telephony.

The IT infrastructure project management role will be responsible for the continued availability and support of a distributed, global infrastructure environment (on-premise and cloud). Technical project knowledge (with Service Delivery\Project Management Office skills) will be needed to manage various IT infrastructure technical needs (implementing technological strategic solutions).

This will include:

Responsible for maintaining a high-level of availability, reliability, and security for the Health Care Company network and server resources. Analyzes, plans, designs, implements, and configure network and server components, to ensure systems are always fully operational . JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Configure, test, and maintain various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, BGP).

  • Monitor the performance and capacity of network and computer systems using a variety of monitoring tools.
  • Ensure the monitoring systems operate efficiently and are kept at the most current stable version/release using vendor-supplied updates and patches. Perform research and testing to verify impact of installing all updates. Coordinates vendor support and ensures positive relationships are maintained.
  • Develop robust reporting performance analysis from various performance reports for internal and external distribution.

Summary of Responsibilities:

R4 Solutions is looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated Engineer to join our fast-paced computing environment. As a Level 3 Network Engineer you will be responsible for Server and Network Management, including monitoring, capacity, performance, and service level reporting especially in the Computing environment.

Understand operations concept and willing to invest time and effort in learning new processes and technology. You should possess good understanding on ITIL v3.0 and Service Management concepts. You will be accountable for all production servers, networks, applications, and services.
